Earthenware pitcher ('krondir'), a large spouted vessel with red body, wheel-thrown with ridges at top of spout which is joined to neck; applied frill on upper part of neck and incised band at shoulders. The upper two-thirds of body glazed mostly in yellow with splashes of dripped green and rust.
