Stirrup spout bottle; squareish-profiled stirrup, tapering spout and flat base. Chamber is divided vertically into strips by raised bands; panels between the raised bands feature small bird motifs on stippled backgrounds. Two small side lugs at stirrup base; monkey lug at spout base. Vertical mould seams down sides but these are well-smoothed; single mould-set used for whole vessel. Smooth areas are well-burnished, including base. Black; grey patching.
