Mould-made pottery lamp with two rounded nozzles, a wide rounded shoulder, a grooved band handle at the rear, a lug in the form of an ivy-leaf on each side, and a base-ring, flat within and defined by a groove. The filling-hole is surrounded by a raised rim. The shoulders are decorated with swags; between the nozzles is the head of a panther. Within the base-ring is an impressed mark, probably LVT. Covered with a red-purple slip.
