Shallow bowl, domed cover with everted rim and strap handle lightly moulded with floral medallion; top painted in Kakiemon-style enamels with bearded man in conical hat with staff, crouching shishi and flowering peony growing by blue rocks in between; three sprays and numerous sprigs of flowers round outside; rims of bowl and cover unglazed. Made of porcelain.
