Albarello; earthenware; tall on splayed foot, slightly waisted, everted rim; covered both sides with a creamy tin-glaze, speckled blue; painted with matt brown lustre and deep blue; exterior, seven decorative horizontal bands of meanders, scrolls and dots, herring-bone, zigzag, ovals and scrolls, abstract designs and mock Arabic amongst dots and scrolls; the foot is solid lustre.
