Dish with central emplacement for a ewer; slight ridge at rim. Earthenware covered front and back with presumed tin glaze. Painted in blue with reddish and golden-brown lustre: in centre a portrait of a woman, profile to dexter, plants in front of and behind her. Bands of lustre surround her; then a band of leaves, berries and stylised flowers, based on leaf-arches. Round the rim pointed ovals in lustre.
