Earthenware bowl with small foot ring. The interior moulded with St Jerome with a crucifix in his right hand and a stone in his left. Covered front and back with presumed tin glaze and painted in blue and brownish lustre, picking out the relief and adding a chapel, a landscape with flowers, a lion in the foreground and the sun in the sky. On the edge two rings of lustre; streaks of lustre on the reverse.
