Dish, made of polychrome glazed pottery. The dish has a flattened rim with painted bracket lobes and stands on a low cut-down foot-ring with a central unglazed spot. It is painted in tones of cobalt blue with pale turquoise accents over the whole surface with steeply curved sprays of composite pomegranates, prunus blossoms, marguerites, tulips and feathery leaves all springing from a cloud band tuft on a vivid brushed cobalt ground. The back with alternating rosettes and pairs of tulip buds.
