A woman's plastron (?), rectangular in shape, with a round neckline. Made from natural cream cotton cheesecloth, lined with a rectangular panel middle top, made of tabby cotton cloth. Embroidered with floral and foliage patterning contained within a diamond grid and worked in gold- and silver- coloured metal strip. The garment is secured with two short, lilac-coloured cotton braids.
